Awesome program! It not only gave insightful information, but it also has a real life coach to interact with (via message/call/email) I went through it for smoking/nicotine and recommend highly for anyone struggling with that!! The cognitive therapy is great, and I use the information I have learned in my every day. This program gives you the tools and coping skills to stay quit forever!!! I recommend this product to anyone!

Not good when you are trying to quit, but the app doesn't work. No coach support... had an appointment and set aside part of my day just to get blown off... so thanks for nothing

My job charges me $60 a month on my insurance for being a smoker. They sent me a letter about this app letting me know if I complete the program on the app that charge would be removed. I have spent the last week trying to create an account. Multiple emails, using the website, app, nothing works. It kicks up a little loading wheel and then backs out. It gives me no reason it won't let me make an account. I'll use a different app to quit and see if my insurance will cooperate.
