It's about the content! The app is alright, a bit feature lite still and slightly buggy. But very passable. The programming (lift prescriptions), is excellent, though. Max and team built an amazing tool for giving you a great program to excel with. And they personally support you along your journey, really going that extra mile.

Layout and organization is good. But the app is very buggy. Have to hit buttons multiple times to get them to work. Such as the lbs to kg button, the checkoff for the lifts, or even to drop the exercises itself. Often you have to leave it alone for a second then try, and it will suddenly work. Great idea, execution is a little lacking.
