First I can't log in with no explanation until I go to the website and only THEN find out everything is down for an "upgrade" no one asked for, and now I have to reset my password for literally no reason, and what's worse is they want me to actually enter my very personal information like my social security number into a phone app that I don't trust to not leak my data. No, you CANNOT have my SS number, not now not ever. You already had it when I created my checking account. I'll bank elsewhere.

App is constantly crashing. Whenever I receive a notification that my debit card has been used, I will open the notification, and it will open the app to display the card activity. Now, it just crashes the app.

Completely useless for cashing checks. I use for business, so I'll be changing banks after over 20 years. Cannot read handwriting well so has warnings that check won't be accepted, even with neat and clear handwriting. Ex: reads slashes in dates as 1s, so it says that the date can't be in the future. Also, it says to write "mobile deposit only" on the back, but can't read it even when checks have it preprinted. What happens when checks say that, but aren't accepted, and it can't be taken in.

Why a new app? Why no notice about the old app no longer working? Just says can't validate credentials. How is this app better? It's slower. Looks antiquated. Why hasn't the new app been verified by Google yet? There is no badge saying such! Very sketchy. Might have to reconsider where I put my money.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
