I see a lot of people commenting on the app not working. I thought I had the same problem, but it wasn't the apps fault. U have to make sure the dvr is connected to the 2.4 network not the 5gh one. That fixed it for me. So it's a simple and working app for me atm.

This app was working until last week and now the company says my cameras won't work on the app. 7-year-old cameras and are useless now. Cocoon are the worst company to deal with.

There is no setup instructions nor any links to balcobrands-cocoon Dvr support, that would shed light on how to connect the app to the home surveillance HDD.1star for surveillance local unit working, another star for plenty details on the device.no more stars because the app is useless.with convoluted input boxes and no clear instructions to manage local device/app connection.

Was working perfectly until this last update. Now all I get is chinese writting in a black box and the screen flashing. You have really stuffed a good app.
