The customer service selection is so poor. All of those selections and does not have a request to change the number used to receive the otp. I topped up on my coda cash account, later not knowing my number used to receive the otp is my old number, the money used to recharge for coda cash is now wasted. Is there a way for me to retrieve the money I spent As a high school student, it took long for me to save the money to recharge, and now the money is lost.
