Literally the best sporting app on the market. The custom alerts are a game changer. I'm so used to using social media to watch highlights and search for updates and now that I'm using this app I'm never looking back. Poor App, and limited support. Following issues have not been resolved or improved since I have been using the app over last few years 1. App Constantly crashing - Need to use website. Have to keep deleting and re-installing 2. App need to re login constantly 3. App never saves preferences - constantly need to go to website to update preferences, which never sync to app. Means you have to sift through articles for sports you have and will never read to find what you are looking for.

Close to deleting app because it's so buggy. App crashes, some articles won't open, articles that I have previously bookmarked are no longer bookmarked. My preferences sometimes disappear. Some articles link a different article that when I click on, I need another subscription to the paper that it was written in, even though code republishes articles from those papers anyway. Sometimes when I open an article, it automatically opens an app called 'slido', commenting has been disabled for a month

Constantly crashing. Probably the 3rd or 4th time I've uninstalled and then reinstalled. Still crashing. oh and customer support is terrible. If I hadn't paid for the year it would be gone. Re-subscription not looking good.
