The app is better than before. Sometimes It has an issue with the online payment. I hope that I can choose the area or filter the cafés that I want to order from not just depend on the location frist.

تطبيق سيء جدا، الخيارات محدودة وقليلة، وسعر التوصيل 18 ريال بينما في التطبيقات الأخرى تسعة ريالات أو مجانا لنفس المقاهي. أيضا الادعاء بأن هناك 50% تخفيض على الطلب بينما في الحقيقة هو لايزيد عن 10 ريالات A very bad app, the options are very limited and few, and the delivery price is 18 riyals, while in other applications it is nine riyals or free for the same cafés. Also, the claim that there is a 50% discount on the order, when in fact it does not exceed 10 riyals

No OTP is sent neither as SMS nor WhatsApp. This app is a complete waste of time. Don't download it you won't be able to use it. They only want a lot of downloads for the app, but it won't work.

Worst customer service in Kuwait. Unfortunately they removed caribou coffee from the app without any prior notification. I tried to contact their call center and didn't receive any positive feedback from them
