★★★★★ The customer service was excellent! Jessica, Joe and Payman were very helpful and courteous. Waiting time was poor because they are short on drivers and vehicles, so you should call way in advance to reserve a time and the right vehicle size.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible service. Do not trust their services. I booked morning ride. Someone picked up the order then cancelled it. Why accept the order if you will just then cancel it? It is absolutely infuriating. Now I missed Christmas with my friends and family because some guy suddenly cancelled the booked trip.

★★☆☆☆ A complete hit or miss. Have been picked up twice from Walmart after at least an hour worth of wait. At the time of writing this, the cab hasn't arrived for my airport pickup, despite me booking it on the app way ahead, as well as calling College Cabs LLC to make sure someone was available to pick me up. App UI is basically useless in giving any sort of actual assurance to the customer. No driver details (number, location) are shared. Drivers, assuming you get them to pick you up, are very nice.

★★☆☆☆ Tried to order the cab 30 minutes early. Cab didn't show up. My party waited in the rain for another 40 minutes while the app showed the ride was 5 minutes away. Everyone ended up walking home, never got a call from anyone, and cancelled the ride. Thanks. Your app and service sucked. All you had to do was tell me an accurate time, and you failed.
