First time user recently and it was actually much better than expected considering how bad most apps for the towns I have lived in are. Not that it doesn't have his glitches, but it's the best bus app that I've used other than Bloomington. Bloomingtonransit is pretty badass.

Doesn't tell you in detail about the detour's like we need and for heaven’s sake please someone does something about the buses they are always LATE and even sometimes they just don't show at all even when in the app it says they should have been running! COTA is just down right horrible anymore & don't get me started on the drivers they just look at you and ride on by or there are some who don't even know their route & 1 even kept the bus rolling as I was getting off the bus almost made me fall!

I can't plan my route anymore, and the buses don't show up on the route map. It is now a useless app, and I used to love it

The map needs to be way better and there should be a list of buses with their routes shown on the map. This app is glitchy also.
