Great app! If you utilize the coins and earn credits you can get really good deals. Shipping is actually not bad, considering it's coming from China. They do at least have very informative and accurate tracking, so you always know where your package is! Using Merge Boss (very addictive game) and some of the other games, you earn coins, credits and coupons that can often be stacked to get really amazing deals, and many items are free shipping if your order is over $10. I recommend.

Poor Customer Service, an item was marked as Authentic and backed by AliExpress themselves...well it was a fake and when I returned they had the audacity to take $9 return fee.

Do not trust AliExpress with your time and money, it will be a waste. Ordered an item, order was processed and the item marked as delivered, but I got nothing. Contacted the seller, contacted AliExpress, contacted the carrier, nothing is done on all sides... Seller does nothing, AliExpress does nothing, the carrier is silent. I asked for my item to be shipped again, I asked for a refund, they make you wait for nothing... If you don't want bad surprises like this, do not use AliExpress.
