I love milk run. It's so convenient and it arrives quickly. You don't have to wait all day for the goods you might need for cooking your dinner etc. The delivery fee is affordable, and sometimes you can get free deliveries when there are certain offers on offer. A wonderful service.

Used to be 5 star but like every one delivery service they are slowly introducing new fees you pay at checkout. One reason I liked milk run over other delivery services was it was more affordable, but it looks like that's changing, June 3rd 2026 update, noticed the delivery price is also starting to up, it's gone up by .99c but that will slowly increase more. Pretty soon there will be no benefit to using milk run over uber eats or doordash.

The drivers are the weak link, make or break. Imagine you order some cold food and a hot chicken. Brainiacs sometimes chuck the hot chook next to the ice cream for example, then You get cold chicken and a milkshake instead of frozen food. Admittedly they are decently fair with refunds, but having a driver sit around wait for 45 minutes then do multiple deliveries when they drive straight past your house makes it an in dire need think for us only. For example when sick. Better than the rest.
