The driver stole my delivery, only delivered 1 out of 2 bags. I was refunded for the missing items, but now I don't trust this company. Order from them at your own risk.

The app freezes and is glitchy. Woolworths made an error when packing my order. The driver collected my order and then sat in the car park for nearly 40 minutes whilst my chilled items went warm. It then took nearly 20 minutes for the issues to be resolved with customer support. If Menu log can go down, then Milk run won't be far behind. That was my first time using Milk run and I won't ever use it again. Stay away people.
