Used to be 5 star but like every one delivery service they are slowly introducing new fees you pay at checkout. One reason I liked milk run over other delivery services was it was more affordable, but it looks like that's changing, June 3rd 2026 update, noticed the delivery price is also starting to up, it's gone up by .99c but that will slowly increase more. Pretty soon there will be no benefit to using milk run over uber eats or doordash.

The driver stole my delivery, only delivered 1 out of 2 bags. I was refunded for the missing items, but now I don't trust this company. Order from them at your own risk.
