4/5 stars as there's regular price discounts/specials and often free delivery, plus the app is easy to use, and I haven't had any issues with speed or it malfunctioning in any way. Delivery is fast too. 1 star off as it doesn't stock all of Woolworths inventory.

Woolies always excellent!, generally good delivery times but sometimes the drivers take to many orders at once, and they take a while especially if you have ordered cold products don't want them to start defrosting etc

Actually so awful, map barely works, can't zoom in on the driver or accurately track the driver. And it's not that much cheaper than doordash. /: also gives you no information on the car, so you can't keep an eye out for the driver especially if you live in high traffic area

The app seems to have many glitches when scrolling especially they state they have no service fees but sneaking extra costs in the items that you buy I don't like the idea of a single tomato costing me a $1.25 and an apple costing me $1.50 especially when they are tiny I'm wondering why they cannot weigh them and charge that price.

Used a discount code, the food got delivered elsewhere, they were only willing to compensate with a discount code, but I still had to meet minimum spend of $25 to even use the discount.
