If I could leave zero stars I would. I downloaded this app because of the high ratings, only to end up uninstalling it because it wouldn't log me into my existing account. I entered my email 3 separate times & each time it sent me the expected one time code. However, each time I entered the code provided the app threw me back to the beginning screen where it asks you to log in to your account. On one of my login attempts I received a one time code via SMS. That did not work either. Useless.

After attempting to log in 3 times, that is, receiving a code via email, using it, and having the app still not log me in, and repeating that process THREE TIMES, I decided it would be easier to drive 30kms to the Kmart satellite store, rather than bother trying to order online with Big W. I'm going to uninstall this useless mishmash of code.

It has become a terrible app. When I was shopping in the app for a pick-up, the app changed all by itself to delivery! At the finalizing of my shopping it still showed pick-up. But minutes later got email showing it's a delivery and all the items I wanted in pick-up weren't even included. So for $11.20 cutlery I got charged $12.00 Delivery! I rang BigW. I did chat took 30 mintes to speak to a human, to be told TOO late it's being packed. It's not good enough, BigW.
