App works well with a huge variety of goods like furniture. The one thing that bugs the absolute poop out of me is that when I log in, I have to wait for an email to come through with a code, then I have to get ANOTHER code via sms, that comes straight through. Happy to get a sms code as a security measure, but waiting for the email as well borders on ridiculous. There seems to be no option anywhere in the app to opt for a sms code only. If it had that, this app would get 5 stars.

Getting help is non existent. When you do finally get a human after several days you get some work experience kid that is dum as a box of dum things. They don't know what a tax invoice is so don't bother asking. The receipts button doesn't work, it just takes you to Rewards app. Receipts take DAYS to appear. If you have a low tolerance for idiots or don't suffer fools gladly, this app is not for you.

Not only did it require a code from my email it also required a code from my phone number just to log in to Big W ... How ridiculous.

Still broken, browse & search bring ZERO results far too often. Can't shop using this app, COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I am at a point I give up on shopping online, Kmart, Big W, Target, etc. all waste our time with dysfunctional tools. Developers need to take the time to create something that functions, not just aesthetic.

App doesn't work. No way to get past the location page. Can't use online website either. Won't let you get past update details page. No way to report the problem.
