The app is great 👍 BUT. My review is regarding the shoppers filling my online orders. They show little care with packing and choose fruit that is not fresh at all... last 3 orders my groceries have literally been thrown in the bag's and the fruit is appalling. Us who spend hundreds of dollars should at the very least have shoppers who would choose fresh products, not rotten. If it happens again I will stop shopping with Woolworths online and use coles instead... I'm an ex Woolworths worker

Delivery was quick, and all items were accounted for except once. I contacted Woolworth's about this through their online AI assistant, and was immediately refunded the cost for that item.

I can't tell you what this app is like, as I cannot log in, whether with email & password, the passkey I use for the web, or my loyalty card. I have wasted an hour trying all the usual hacks, and your Olive AI is a complete waste of time as well - it cannot answer a specific question, just uses generic replies. Your competitors' app is far better at this point.

The map overlay of locations in the Vermont Melbourne store is wrong. It constantly shows product location pins outside the map. It is not the GPS on the device either as it shows my location correctly. There is an issue with overlaying product locations on the map. Edit: I've emailed your support team a bug report with all the required details and screenshots.

They started "pasting from my clipboard". There is no app permission allowing this or to stop it. Uninstalling. In response to comment: there is no such setting and my Kaspersky clearly tells me your app "pasted from my clipboard" and that's on opening the app, not trying to type anything. Kaspersky lets users know when apps paste from their clipboard it is a security feature. Only one other app has done this, and it was a Chinese game. There's no need for Woolworths to check my clipboard ever.
