The app is great 👍 BUT. My review is regarding the shoppers filling my online orders. They show little care with packing and choose fruit that is not fresh at all... last 3 orders my groceries have literally been thrown in the bag's and the fruit is appalling. Us who spend hundreds of dollars should at the very least have shoppers who would choose fresh products, not rotten. If it happens again I will stop shopping with Woolworths online and use coles instead... I'm an ex Woolworths worker

Delivery was quick, and all items were accounted for except once. I contacted Woolworth's about this through their online AI assistant, and was immediately refunded the cost for that item.

Great app. It works well, allows me to create a shopping list and provides an approximate total for my shop. And apart from telling me what aisle I can find a product in, it now helps me to locate where in the specified aisle it is, through navigation. It no longer tells me if a product is in stock. Will this be reintroduced?

It would be really handy if you had the option to mark favorite stores. If you are away from home, but you add an item to one of your lists, and then you want to switch to your local store to see if it's a stocked item, you have to do a search by postcode/suburb and select. Having favorite stores would make that process much smoother and simpler. I do this quite a bit when I'm away and even when looking around at local stores due to store stock variances.

In-app "feedback" button directs to website help section where u have to click feedback there which directs you to the app to give feedback but spoiler "internal error try again later" feedback: lists should be shareable so I can set up a shopping list for friends/family to also use in their own acc

Horrible app really hit-and-miss in whether it will log you in or not. Then if you do log in after building a big shop the payment details don't work. I've had multiple issues with this app have uninstalled

You would think the website for say frozen meals would tell you NOT ABOUT THE PRICES, but when half price, 30% off etc. would start and end like previously, but no it doesn't anymore and shoppers have to guess, and I say the app and catalog would be the same? PS Like those at Woolworths Every day, Woolworths staff is quick to respond which means they failed to read feedback.

The search and past shop history are pretty badly broken. Shops from other users get added to your history and pollutes your suggestions with things you would never buy. The search is so broken you are more likely to get garden ornaments from the Woolworths marketplace than actual food. You search for Provolone, a popular type of cheese and get suggested razors.
