The feature that 2000 'points' = $10 Woolworths credit is a good way to get a little return from your loyalty. I love this app, love boosting offers, I recommend to everyone. Would love to see further development of the app/loyalty program features.

Took payment, cancelled gift card, now how am I meant to pay for my groceries? As a loyal customer, I've enjoyed the safety and convenience of ordering online, paying by discounted gift cards, and having my groceries delivered, so I can do my dialysis from home. However, today this failed as I paid for a gift card online, they took my money, then cancelled the gift card with no explanation and no refund for 3–5 days. Can I receive my groceries without payment for 3-5 days? NOT HAPPY!

Bad Design, Woolworths Every day Rip-Off the fresh food people. So Woolworths Disney OOOSHIES are here so much money for Woolworths to Rake in on this Promotion by the Advertisement, but didn't mention that when you have the Customer who may have more than one child how much it all costs 🤔 better for Woolworths money making. By making a 40 Disney OOOSHIES collection case to store only 40 yes but there 42, SO I BET WOOLWORTHS ACCOUNTANTS CAN COUNT EXACTLY HOW MUCH MONEY WAS MAKE ON THIS PROMOTION 😀

Keeps logging me out. And yes, I have already removed and reinstalled the app. Poor design of app where startup screen moves the cards icon down, so you need to wait until it fully starts, or you don't open your card.
