Easy to use and find great deals that work for me. My only criticism is after some updates I have had to uninstall and reinstall to stop the circle of death lingering when trying to use some features (mainly purchasing gift cards), is frustrating that this seems to be the only fix to be able to use this feature, and it hasn't been a one-off issue. Otherwise, the app is a great "one-stop shop".

Don't ring them if you have a complaint. I was in hospital for 5 days due to ongoing health issues. I had been saving up points from Woolworths, so I could swap for some off the free bakeware that was on promotion recently. I had saved up 40 points. I spent $800 and countless trips to Woolworths all to find out when I got out off hospital, that the promotion had finished just only a couple of days later. When I called they said "there's nothing that can do about it. Absolutely disgusted 😤

Why is there a one-week timeframe for getting the cookware set? I have 8 credits; I shopped at Woolworths yesterday and spent enough for a $100 gift card, yet I didn't see the 5 credits for the cookware set. YOU ARE LIARS. I hope you lose customers SOON. 🙏 You fool people with your special discounts every Wednesday. Everyone, stop shopping there; Woolworths brand products lack quality. Flour, sugar, salt, pasta—they are all tasteless.
