Like the app due to the receipts go to the app and don't have to worry about a paper one, and it shows how many points I have already

Good app easy to use with great specials. I use it a lot. My only gripe is I never get any points at my local Am pol Foodary so when they have specials with points, I won't bother going there in the future.

Unstable nagware. It signs you out randomly, and often you can't sign back in. The rewards' system is less about shopping and mode about trying ho maximize your time spent in the app, regularly checking in for reward "boosts". I missed out on "bonus points" today because of vendor incompetence. The service station attended told me that everyone had been affected today. There is no excuse for this in 2026, when even the most hopeless sysadmin can just sell his children to the cloud for uptime.

App signed me out and won't allow me to log back in with the error "Not found." So helpful. Reinstalling did not fix, and I have been unable to get points from recent purchases

Constant logouts. Trying to log back in with an NZ account takes you to the AU login page. Frequent 'login error occurred' messages meaning I can't get into my account to scan my account barcode. Staff don't have temporary cards, so I end up just having to forgo the points as well as the discounts on items.
