Very useful application. All you need is here. Simple, menu intuitive. Ability to create and save (in .gpx) tracks and waypoints. Recommend it for hikers. Guru maps have very fast and regular map synchronization (update) with OSM. All new changes you'll see here at the end of week, and only after a couple of weeks at other resources like mapy. Cz, Outdoor active, Osman (leak of contour lines in free version). Give this application 5 stars!

Points for altitude indicator, and a more straightforward routes for biking vs maps.me. Because I still have to figure out some things like round trips for bike rides like the way komoot does, I'll have to give 3 stars for now. 2026 upd: 4 stars getting better and better

AMAZING app with so many amazing features like views, pois, collections, etc.I hope they never remove. I downloaded this bcs chatgpt said it can be used to import images to make your own maps, and it is awesome you can make interactive indoor maps with this! So cool! I wish we could add upload custom markers to places ourselves and also make sub collections!

I upgraded to pro but my subscription is still the free version. I get an email confirmation of the pro subscription but the app won't update.

I like Guru Maps, but it refuses to work with open source RHvoice and Sherpa TTS engines, (Voice guidance.) I'm running two other SatNavs and have no problems with these TTS engines. ¯\(*︵*, ⁠)/¯

A friend recommended this to me. But I tried installing it three times (after a proper uninstallation between them) and re-downloaded the map for England each time. But all I got was a blank screen (where the map should) every step ngle time. I also tried clearing the cache and the storage between installations. I'm afraid it's definitely broken at my end and I've run out of patience to trouble shoot further. So it's back to Google maps.
