GPS Waypoints Navigator

Turn your phone into a powerful GPS navigator and explore with confidence—on hiking trails, backcountry roads, waterways or city streets.

GPS Waypoints Navigator combines hundreds of downloadable offline maps with easy-to-use navigation tools for hikers, boaters, off-road explorers, campers, hunters, anglers and geocachers. Navigate beyond cellular coverage using GPS and maps stored on your device or SD card.

Explore with Offline Maps

Download unlimited maps from a library of more than 300 vector maps. Choose from topographic, satellite, hiking, biking and road maps, OpenStreetMap, Mapnik, OpenSeaMap, USGS Topo, Canada Toporama, NOAA nautical charts and other raster and vector sources.

Create, Record and Share Trails

Record your journey as you travel or create a custom trail before you leave. Organize saved tracks, review trail statistics and elevation profiles, and share routes with friends.

Create waypoints and attach notes and coordinate-tagged photos, then organize locations with a searchable waypoint filing system.

Import and export trails, waypoints, notes and photos using GPX, KML and KMZ files. Import GPX files from Garmin, exchange routes with other users, view your data in Google Earth or upload tracks and waypoints to OpenStreetMap.

Easy, Flexible Navigation

Follow a waypoint compass that always points toward your destination or use GPS Reflected Pseudo-Radar for an intuitive target display. Waypoint proximity alerts, distance and bearing measurements, inter-waypoint distances and map measurement tools help you stay on course.

Search or navigate by address or coordinates in standard, UTM, MGRS or British Ordnance Survey format. GPS satellite graphs, position charts and a military coordinate finder provide added precision.

For Trails, Backcountry and Open Water

Plan hikes, record ATV and off-road routes, mark campsites and save important locations. View trail elevation profiles and waypoint altitude using GPS, SRTM or location-based USGS data where available.

For boating, use downloadable NOAA nautical charts, OpenSeaMap, marine units and a drag-anchor alert. Set a drift radius and receive a warning if your vessel moves beyond it.

Animated Doppler radar, cloud maps, sunrise, sunset, moonrise, moonset and moon-phase information help you plan around changing weather conditions and daylight.

Email a map of your position, share tracks and waypoints, and transfer navigation data between compatible apps and devices.
