Brother iPrint&Scan is a free app that lets you print from and scan to your Android device. Use your local wireless network to connect your Android device to your Brother printer or all-in-one. Some new advanced functions have been added (edit, fax send, fax preview, copy preview, machine status). For a list of supported models, please visit your local Brother website.

My laptop's Windows 11 doesn't support my Brother mfc-J470DW printer even after updating drivers. Then I found this app for my phone and hallelujah, I can now print and scan. Yes, it's an extra step as I have to email myself anything I want to print, but it'll do for now. Easy setup too... just print out your printer's network connections page first, so you have the IP address.

Dear Developer I am a user using your Brother ink tank printer DCP-426W. Needs improvement in ID Copy Shortcut Option. In Horizontal I'd card shortcut please extend top to bottom copy Shortcut. Presently in your Horizontal ID card copy Shortcut is able to scan or print top to middle. Please extend Top to buttom (To Print Indian Adhara Card Big size)and give this feature in Firmware updates. I recently changed my network ID and password and now when I got to print a PDF from my Google Drive the yellow print button briefly pops up and disappears. When I try to print from the iprint scan app it prints 1 page then stops and says something about data remaining in memory and does nothing. I deleted data and cleared cache is there something else I need you try?

It used to work, but like many others I'm now unable to print. The app recognizes the printer but fails to print.

Printing 11 pages from phone to network connected DCP-9020CDW takes like 20 mins 3 restarts of the print task. Make your own conclusion.

In this new application Wi-Fi direct print not supported. Even printer was connected error is device not found.
