I ordered a 12-month rifle paper subscription and just received an email stating they are going to start charging me $3 per book for the same subscription I already paid for in full. This is outrageous to be charging extra money per book in the middle of a subscription. I don't recommend chapbooks because their prices can change after you pay for your subscription!

They renewed my subscription before the date stated and won't refund. Not only that, when I canceled subscription it took away the credits I had already bought. I was supposed to get 5 more books. Customer service is non-existent. Scam behavior. Uploading and editing photos was ridiculously difficult as well.

I used Chapbooks to create a hardbound photo book subscription (60 photos per book). At first, everything seemed simple and convenient, and the service looked like a good deal. Each month I was automatically charged around $20. However, after I cancelled my subscription, I still had several prepaid months left, so I tried to continue using those months as usual and upload 60 photos per book. After cancellation, the service was restricted. I was only able to upload about 30 photos
