Functions as desired, searches of history are quick, QR reader for payments is fast, and confirmation of IBAN matching the recipient is helpful. Only improvement would be to let the user define the viewing window (Y-axis) for the time-series balance display function instead of the current auto-derived and unmodifiable system.

App returns to start when 1. Start transfer money process 2. Type in any valid Name+IBAN 3. Adjust the amount to "1,000" 4. Move the cursor to after the "." within "1,000" 5. Press delete/ back button to adjust the amount Observe that the application returns to log in screen. Expected: Amount is set to "0" when pressing back / delete CTA.

The user experience with the old PhotoTAN was a lot better. Best Sign is one of the most annoying security mechanisms I've been forced to use so far. And unfortunately there's no alternates at Deutsche Bank.

Photo tan is a real pain, I agree with the security measures but implementation is horrible. I need to register a new phone, but it requires me to have a letter that was sent to me 5 years ago.

Why do I need two passwords? One for login into the app and another Best Sign for transfers? No other banks do it.

The postbox is messed up in the app. The letters (account statements, credit card statements, etc.) are missing and the order is reversed showing very old letters on the top. Disappointed.
