This is a great app/car starter and tracker for your vehicle. Great way to monitor ur kids if they are taking ur cars anywhere. All around great app would recommend for all types of families kids or not.

I have had the directed smart start for 2 years. Love it in the winter, warm up the car & in the summer cool the car down awesome would recommend it to anyone wanting the convenience

App keeps logging me out, so a quick press on my watch to start the car, becomes a get your phone out, and find your password And re login, not great if you run a routeen on your home auto nation system that will start it for you if it's cold outside.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!!! I've had this for over a year. This company has some of the worst customer service that I've ever received. If there is ever an issue with their product the customer service is basically none existent. I have an issue where their product from my smartphone would regularly not start my car. I'm talking trying to start in 20 times in a row. When I contacted them their response is super slow at best. (takes them weeks to response to just one tech support email)

App worked great for the first month now it fails ro start every time I try to use it. Doesn't work over Bluetooth or cell service even when my coverage is good.
