Easy to use. You can reuse a reservation after your first time and just select the rental dates and car you want and be done. Haven't tried using rewards yet.

Really love everything about the app. It's very easy to reserve a vehicle, to check in and everything you need to do for the vehicle reservation. Just really wish they'd let you change the rental return location if things change on the itinerary even if there's an additional cost...

Downloaded the app, and it found my rental but when you go to click on driving license requirements all you get is a blank page. As the original application failed to read the expiry date and issue date of the license even though they were filled in correctly I was hoping to update it on the app

Glitchy booking led me to book a return at the same pickup when I thought I was booking a return in a different city. I had to call to resolve the issue and had to pay over $60 more and drop off at a location which wasn't ideal or my intended drop-off location. First and last time renting from Enterprise. If you do rent from Enterprise, do not use the app. Call the location and explain what you want to them.

I used to be able to modify my return date through the app, but now I can't (for months). Even through the website tells me to call. Not horrible but kinda makes the app and the website half as useful, for my needs, as it used to be.
