I've rented from a lot of places over the years, and Enterprise has been the best by far. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I used to rent from Budget, and I felt like I was getting scammed almost every time. Switching to Enterprise was one of the best decisions I've made. 7/21/26 Still no corporate call. I wonder if those two ladies are still rushing off to leave work. (PA) Oh yeah still cannot find those unique sweatshirts and sunglasses. So much will not make sense (bad car) wasted gas, and I lost sentimental items because two women couldn't think beyond getting home, and I had to leave my stuff OUTSIDE!!! Also, outside a mechanic shop Monroe Muffler. Those sunglasses had Versace etched in. I never got them checked out. Also, the mini Royal stove. Not enough room.

Tired of enterprise refusing to rent me a one way rental I transport rvs for a living and you refusing one way rentals is costing me money

They are garbage. Been with them for 20 years using the same bank card and address, and now they ask for a utility bill every time is ridiculous. Guess I will start using Turo now. You don't have to deal with all the stupidity with them.

Downloaded the app, and it found my rental but when you go to click on driving license requirements all you get is a blank page. As the original application failed to read the expiry date and issue date of the license even though they were filled in correctly I was hoping to update it on the app
