The app has been pretty much user-friendly. You can add discounts from other entities pretty easy so far. I have gone back into the app to modify my current reservation and no issues to make changes. That's why I continue to use Enterprise as my rental car go-to!

Still no response. I guess Enterprise Does not care about its customers. Those two lazy women i the Pennsylvania store are probably what cost me items. I moved trusting a car. YOU FAILED ME!!!! I should have been at by destination by midnight. Instead, it took me an extra 13 hours. There was a specific Enterprise in Pennsylvania. I was stuck at a Monro Muffler. Had to leave my items outside the car. The ladies were about to leave took forever giving me the car. Small items are missing

Poor this app does not attempt to provide continuity and every time you hire a vehicle you have input all your details in again & log into the app very time-consuming and tedious.

Don't allow options to pick a vehicle at a location that is not actually available. It's 2026, and any self-respecting company of your size should be able to track inventory. It's infuriating to book something, only to receive a call from some random number, telling you that said vehicle is not available. Do better!!!
