Following accident, my 1st time, my insurance adjuster used Enterprise. Enterprise failed to provide me with a vehicle after 3 days of nothing available .... unless I paid more than insurance. 💯 Hertz was my lifesaver, on my way in less than 30 min. So... I was charged almost $800 for a rental and deposit, BEFORE RUNNING A CREDIT CHECK, thus locking up the payment for 3 to 7 business days!? Some pretty shoddy business practices!

Hertz because it hurts! Iuse them to drive for Uber. Got a notification that they would renew Wednesday at 7pm. Instead, they charged my account Wednesday at noon. Overdrew my account. Dealt with overdraw processing all weekend. Finally managed to get renewed and now have to RELIST the vehicle with Uber. Not allowed to work till that's done and the department that handles THAT doesn't feel like answering phone. So, now losing a full days work still expected to pay my overdraft AND find next renewal
