None of my active rentals have been reflected under My Rentals...always have to type in confirmation # & name and can't MODIFY reservations, makes you go through as if it's a new reservation even to just change to a later pickup time

The app is temperamental. I have been using Hertz for a number of years. The vehicles are great, the staff are brilliant. But now, when I have active rentals booked, the App will not accept my login credentials, which are 100% correct. I click on reset password, when I click on the email link, it just takes me to the login page !! Have emailed Customer relations and NO response. How am I supposed to Amend/Cancel/Create New Rental?? The App and its support DISGRACEFUL!!
