Great Hertz experience, frustrating app. I've had great experiences with Hertz rentals and their staff. Unfortunately, the app is extremely finicky about logins. If I haven't used it for a while, it won't accept my saved credentials - even when I'm manually entering my correct member number and password. I've had to reset my password multiple times just to regain access. The rentals are great the staff is fabulous; the app needs work. Four stars only because the app is a pain.

Worthless. It forgets your current rental if you do an extension, and the extending process almost never works, which forces me to speak with a robot that never understands my name and I have to repeat myself several times before it gives up and puts me on hold for a real person. It should take three clicks and already know my reservation number without having to search my email for it first. It gives inaccurate error messages while paying, making it harder to troubleshoot issues.

Overall, I love Hertz products, but their technology is absolutely horrific. The app is barely usable. The login using Captcha is an absolutely terrible experience; doesn't work 99% of the time. I can't modify or cancel existing reservations; I get an error that the rate isn't found. Their technology platforms are driving away so much business. The website isn't much better, and they push you to their nonfunctional app.

Please fix your app. I literally can't make a basic booking. I want to use this for my company, but we are just going to have to use someone else if you can't the most fundamental service. "Payment service url not found." with 3 different cards that work with Avis
