So many duplicate entry created by app. If I enter one entry it creates three entries. Attachment function has also not been working properly. Scanned document invisible after saving entries. Please take some measure. It waste my time because I deleted 14 entries.

Can't access the app, keeps telling me my password is wrong, and won't let me change it. I tried it on desktop, and it locked my account, .very frustrated.
