I was beginning to have glitches with Map My Walk and discovered that Map My Fitness did everything that MMW did, downloaded and installed Map My Fitness, logged in with the same login information as Jaywalk and everything from that app, the whole historical workout record, synced with MapMyFitness, and have been using MMF ever since. Oh, and the glitches of MMW syncing info to MyFitnessPal calorie counting app are not present with MMF.

Works great and has opened water swimming! I need to learn how to add or link to more pictures. For bike rides. It could be a lot easier to do a planned route. Currently I have to use Google Maps for the route, and map my fitness to track, sludgy.

I gave it all the permissions it requested. I've now used it for a week & it missed so many KMs on my rides. I ride on average 14- 18 km per day. The most this thing recorded was 3.48! Today, 24-04-26, I rode 14.40 km, it tracked 2.24! Definitely a waste of my time effort & battery & I are installing after this.
