I am changing my review, because finally the customer service of MVV and this app started working! I give now 5 stars, previously I gave only 1. What happened: I had an issue with my Deutschland Ticket and I couldn't see it anymore in the app, because of an error of mine and a bug in the app. Consequently, I bought several tickets (opening another account), although my subscription was still active. MVV refunded all money I spent. Great service, thanks. MVV

Good evening, I have a Deutschland Ticket. Recently, I added a second credit card to the "Means of Payment" section. I would like to delete the first credit card, but the System shows an error: "Error. The payment method cannot be deleted as there may still be outstanding payments. Please try again later." How can I delete the first linked credit card? Update: Yes, thanks, it works - I've cancelled my subscription and deleted my first linked credit card

Absolutely terrible. It doesn't accept any payments methods. I also made PayPal just to use the app. No, no credit, no sepa, no PayPal just a json blob as an error. Really a shame for a city as Munich.

Unreliable and overcomplicated. Swipe relies on GPS and mobile data, which often fails underground. In practice this means you must exit the station to get a signal or abandon Swipe and manually buy a ticket. That pushes zone and fare complexity back onto the user. Other cities solved these decades ago with smart cards or simple QR-based tickets. This feels like an institutional workaround, not a passenger-first solution. Also, no Google Pay integration.

For Deutschland Ticket, there is no method to change from SEPA to another method. You can not remove SEPA from your payment options. "Error: The payment method can not be deleted..." Seriously?
