Wear OS BuzzKill has a companion app for Wear OS that allows you to trigger certain actions on the watch based on the rules that the phone triggers. For example you can create a rule in BuzzKill to trigger an alarm when you receive a certain notification. With the BuzzKill companion app, you can have the alarm show up on your watch too.
Accessibility Service API BuzzKill includes an optional accessibility service that allows it automate certain actions on your device. For example you set BuzzKill to automatically tap a button in a notification. No data is collected and no data leaves the device. You do not need to enable the accessibility service unless you create a rule that uses it.
Does BuzzKill work with phone calls? Unfortunately phone calls work very differently to notifications and they have limited support in BuzzKill. E.g. you can't set a custom vibration or sound for a phone call, but you can use the unsilence rule to temporarily allow a phone call to unsilence your rule based on the time/location/phone number that is calling.

Banking apps/e wallet apps and shopping apps here in my country pushed a lot of spam notifications that can't be disabled, and this app has been a lifesaver for me. I can now enable notifications for those apps creating a rule to only dismiss those spam notifications. I hesitated to buy this, and I am SO glad I finally bought it. Literally any time I get a nuisance notification (e.g. every political text, "weekly updates" on my phone usage I don't care about, my electric company texting me to let me know that they got my money, etc.) I stop, leave the notification up, open BuzzKill, create a rule, and make sure the message goes away. Organized into folders, I get SO MANY LESS unnecessary notifications now. THANK YOU for building this app!!!!!!!!

Doesn't actually dismiss notifications most the time. I have a rule set that when an app shows any notification that BuzzKill will automatically dismiss it. BuzzKill will show me that it sees the notification and the filters that are set should trigger the rule, yet it never does. I have to manually dismiss it for the app. Kind of defeats having BuzzKill in the first place. If you aren't sure if this will work for you, go find a crack .apk of this app (there's plenty) and test it for a month.

Tested by using my name as a filter, on any app, received no alert.... PS I can't get it to work every time. I'm trying to get a notification from my gmail account setup in Samsung's email app. Without changing anything sometimes it sometimes works not, using the same test email. If I auto-create a rule from the same email from the notification history from Samsung app and the Gmail app, the rules are different. Samsung has my name, Gmail uses "me". I'm using a S24U
