Weather routing works well. Would be good to change AIs icon shade and color, size etc

It's nice to have detailed nautical vector charts and AIS info combined. The latter is read either from Internet or NMEA. Definitely a great app.

I'm surprised by how many negative reviews this app gets. I'm using it with an external GPS and the Race Box Injector app, and it works like a professional chart plotter. You just need to smooth the COG and SOG, and that's it. After adjusting the ship's dimensions, you get a display comparable to professional marine navigation equipment. I would say this is one of the best navigation apps available for Android.

On Samsung Tab S6, USA. Sea Pilot had no functions. Could not load or purchase charts, clicking any content options (charts, gribs, polars) resulted in a blank screen. It just did not work. Trial should at least contain a world base map, so you can get a feel. Navigation on a blank screen, not helpful. Still unclear why it needs to manage phone calls, especially on a Tablet (this is not a phone)

Unfortunately, charts for the USA have been discontinued, without notice. The app and its subscription are useless in the USA.

What does it even do? Installed and it shows a blocky chart and nothing else without payment? Orca gave me so much more for free and Avionics is great too. I have all Ray marine electronics, this is rosewood poor.
