Experienced doctors consult with you via video around the clock. Your health insurance covers the costs of your online doctor visit.
What does TeleClinic offer?
Online doctor appointments. Simply from home. Also in the evenings and on weekends.
In the TeleClinic app, you can conveniently speak with (specialist) doctors from all over Germany via video from the comfort of your home.
Electronic prescriptions (e-prescription)
Request your e-prescription in just a few clicks via TeleClinic. You'll receive your e-prescription directly in the app at the doctor's discretion. You can have your medication delivered to your home or pick it up at a local pharmacy.
Sick notes (digital certificate)
For many illnesses, it's advisable to stay in bed and rest at home. That's why you can request a digital sick note during your online doctor appointment via video and receive it directly in the app at the doctor's discretion.
For all german health insurance providers
The cost of your online doctor visit is covered by your german statutory health insurance. If you have private insurance, you can submit the invoice as usual.

Very practical but I wish there was a button to mute the music while in the waiting room. Also, some glitches here and there and issues loading when filling out the online formula, just a button to reload that single page of it would be very helpful

For how many years... I got to use this App...it helps when you are really sick and does not able to go the Clinic physically.at first there's no problem occurs.but lately my son got sick and was given 2 days Medical Certificate.the problem was, The doctor who attended us via online forgot to issue this Certificate... I just thought maybe later or after 1 day but 3 days passed by, no Certificate came... Therefore, I contacted Teleclinic support but didn't help.

If the doctor forgets to write you sick note, TeleClinic will tell you the doctor have two days to make the sick note, and please get back to them after three days. On the third day they tell you it is too late for the doctor to make a sick note, and that they cannot help you. Extremely bad customer service.

The app doesn't support English. While it's possible to ask for an English-speaking doctor the entire online questionnaire prior to the appointment is in German only which makes it very difficult to use.
