Better look for another cloud storage service like Google Drive, icloud, Dropbox and back blaze they're excellent interms of price, service and there customer support assistant (They provide a free storage for you to use, 24/7 customer support and a cheap cloud storage with a big capacity). Or you can use WD my cloud as your own personal low cost cloud storage.
