Edit: I called the 24/7 support line for Tiger Connect and found that the issue was Android automatically logging in users using saved login info on their Google Accounts. Once I deleted the saved login info on my Google account, I was able to log in without any issues. Original: The APP keeps saying my password is incorrect, but will not get to the log in screen to let me correct it. Tried on two different phones and both do not work.

Ever since the last update, I continuously get 'Unread Message' notifications, in spite of all messages being read. I have to 'Force Stop' the app several times per day.

Sounds/alerts just updated, but I cannot pick specific alert for Tiger Connect, which I had done before update for clinical reasons. Please either fix or let me know how I can assign a specific alert to Tiger Connect

I use a Google Pixel 6 and my phone will not give me notifications anymore for Tiger Text. This is very disruptive to my work as I have to constantly unlock my phone to see if someone is trying to contact me. The only way to get a pop-up notification is if someone sends me a priority text, but my phone still doesn't make a sound
