I never review things, but this needs it! I'm week 5 post-op, recovering from major surgery to my leg. Literally going insane with not being able to go swimming/walking/anything. 10 mins, just 10 mins of this app has made me so happy to move!!! Think I might pepper several 10-min sessions over a day, rather than all at once as it really loosens the shoulders up from all that sitting.

I'm GUILTY FOR HAVING THIS APP FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. I'm JUST NOW STARTING TO USE THIS APP EXERCISE. ITS WONDERFUL THE 10 MINUTE BEGINNERS GAVE MY ARMS THE WORM OUT I NEED. I COULDN'T FINISH, BUT I WILL KEEP USING THE STARTING WORKOUT BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER. NO EXCUSES. I HAVE FOOT PROBLEMS, SO SITTING CARDIO IS THE WAY TO GO💖👍👍💖

I just downloaded this app, and I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews on many issues. First of all, I have MS, and I was looking for an app that will work my abs while sitting down. This app does not do this at all. It mainly works the arms. Then it does not have a voice magnetism at all only the music. You have to watch the screen to know what is next and how to do it. At hee end, the app stopped working. I am definitely uninstalling. Looking for another app for the abs.

I wanted to stop the music, but the only way to do that was to turn off all sounds, so I couldn't get the workout properly. No voice to know what to do next then the figure in the app isn't really showing the exercise.

Opens, shows ad, then stops. Don't want or need a response from the developer, uninstalling and not trying it again. App doesn't work, so it's useless.

Gave it two stars, dev responded; my original review disappeared. The response from dev results in one star. The app opens with an insult, i.e. "Lazy?" The response below is why I reduced to 1 star. The response is every bit as insulting as the term "lazy" which is inappropriate.
