Uber is awesome, I use it each day. But negative: 1. Very hard to cancel trip. 2. no option using non system language in app. 3. no ability to release tip only after driver set me five star, why would I tip for negativity towards me? 4. no ability to put only tip but not stars right after ride. 5. no easy search button with new price adopted. 6. no ability to bid over market via rfq. 7. Uber one subs still show me ads on 2/3 of display.

I ordered an uber. It had 2 stops that were far apart. The uber driver didn't know there were 2 stops. My friend then my house. Once we dropped my friend off he realized there were 2 stops. He was muttering to himself complaining that he had drive across town. He wasn't saying it directly to me. Just under his breath. He wasn't swearing. Other than that ride I love uber

Can you stop raking up the prices and then give me a driver who is at the other end of the state? For the price you charge I should have a driver here in seconds, not 25–45 minutes. This app went down hill and the sad part is they waited till taxis and public transit were destroyed before playing these games. Come to find out they take 60% of the cut from drivers. Corporate greed on a nutshell.

I had a terrible experience with Uber. My ride was already fully paid online through my credit card, but the driver refused to let me leave until I paid ₹75 again in cash/UPI. Even after I explained that the trip was already paid and connected the driver with Uber Support, the issue wasn't resolved. I was forced to pay again just to leave. What was even more disappointing was Uber's response. Instead of taking responsibility for their driver's behavior, they simply said they couldn't refund the

Nice options' oh wait all r overpriced and 1 of my normal routine path goes from 11 or $13 to $30 15-min ride what a joke remember this is there and back this service is getting to b unusable and st get canceled for 1 hour an delayed ride not the driver falt app just suck like its GPS almost never give it the optimized path but may lead the driver away from the destination u have set wtch screws the driver and the customer not a fan of uber at this point a time
