The app is great, it works very well. It's Wallop Customer (dis)service that gets a 1-star rating. Terrible, the worst. Just when you think it can't get any worse, it does. Wallop does not value their users no matter how they say they do.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE/APP AT ALL COSTS. SCAM ALERT!! AVOID THIS WEBSITE/APP AT ALL COSTS. It is filled with scammers that hunt first time users in particular. Also, if you fall for the scam and catch it 1 hour, you will not be able to get the money back or block the transaction. The bank cannot do anything. The authorities cannot do anything. This fact is why scammers continue to appear. It is because they get away with it. SO STAY AWAY FROM SCAM NESTS LIKE WALLOP.

What a joke 🤦 App with search results full of annoying ads. It's adding items to your favorite list without your knowledge!!! Search engine worst I've ever seen. Try to find one item and results are full of other misc items.

Wallop dispute process lacks transparency for sellers. I sold a Canon 60D, fully disclosing known issues before sale. The buyer received the item but their account was later removed by Wallop. A dispute was opened without me being informed clearly. My funds were held, and the return accepted for “product malfunction”, but no specific issue or evidence has been provided despite repeated requests. The process lacks clear communication and explanation for sellers.
