App stopped working this week. Error message indicates Tram Tracker is not available. When will the app be fixed? Previously no issues ... until now!

Has recently stopped working, providing no tracking of trams "unable to retrieve request". Have uninstalled app and downloaded it again, but it did not fix. Very annoying as I previously used the app regularly.
