I gave the app 4 stars, the reason for this, trying to schedule a pickup is long-winded, I've used this app on three separate occasions all going to the same pickup and drop off places, unfortunately you can't just pick previous routes, and picking from an address is impossible, then the map doesn't show the drop-off point, so I pick a very near location then tell the driver where to drop me off, if this was sorted then 5 stars all day.

Booked a cab for 3am called at 3:10 told 10 minutes called at 3:20 told they were trying to get a driver still on the phone nearly 3:30 saying it's busy. Absolutely do not waste your time booking a taxi in advance.

Apparently, it is the only wheelchair friendly taxi company in Liverpool 😂. Waited an hour and a half to get from the hospital as drivers kept declining the job then waited for another hour to try to get back at 9pm, snotty attitude from the woman on the phone. Ended up getting an uber and my mum having to assist to lift me out of my wheelchair!
