We used Alpha twice on Sunday, on the return journey from bowling park avenue to chapel drive my good lady mislaid her sunglasses in the cab, but on Monday the wonderful drive called to return them for which we are very grateful, such a super service, and thank you to the driver for being so thoughtful.

2x advanced bookings never again booked at 4:30 am for work due to no public transport. No taxis available none on the map either shouldn't take advanced bookings if you can't fulfil them

Bad customer service, I'd use another taxi company. Booked a taxi and as I opened the front door the driver seen me then drove away. I am actually recovering from major surgery and in severe pain when trying to walk but now walking to my destination I'm actually crying because I'm in that much pain and haven't even got to the end of my road, and I still have another 2.5-3miles to walk, so please use another taxi company don't use Alpha Taxis and don't use Delta taxis either ad they do the same
