Service has been great from company. Have had taxied drivers try to cancel or double charge me and support has been very helpful. Only problem is that the app is in English, which is good. However, support lines it directs you to have no option for English. If you're travelling and run into issues and require refunds, best is via support ticket on their site.

Taxi says they are on the way and then the app drops them, or they cancel, and then the app says searching for a driver again. This has been going on for well over 10 minutes despite that I prebooked the cab yesterday. Useless

Horrible experience with this app. They force you to give either PayPal or credit, and they reserve the money before any rides. And there was a campaign in Stockholm area with 179 kr fixed price. There were 0 taxes accepting that and one of the yellow Sverigetaxi car drivers accused me of having uber app. The same driver also came after us after we said no thank you to his above 400 kr offer. It felt a bit crazy with the taxi business in Sweden. But this app seems like a scam.

The app clearly have some issues, advanced booking doesn't work properly. The booking doesn't even reach their server it seems. Not good since we were heading to the airport.

Cannot verify phone number to the USA country code. I am in Sweden on business and unable to book a taxi, because the app will not send confirmation codes to either of my two USA numbers. Both phones receive SMS from other parties
