Booked a taxi from the airport for €35, it never came. Canceling was impossible, so I had to book another taxi from another company that was there after 1h of waiting for fixu taxi. But fixu taxi did not reimburse for the trip they didn't do. They kept the €35 and there is no way of complaining about it in the app. Robbers taxis they should be called

DO NOT USE FIXUTAXI. We tried to book a trip three times, in vain. After the last try, we waited for 5 minutes, no car, and wanted to cancel the trip. A cancellation cannot be done through the app, one must call the customer service number, which conveniently enough for Cab online/Fixutaxi, costs 3 euros plus 30 snt per minute! This is a rip-off, do not use the service. Now I got an email that they have debited my card for 19 euros, even if they accepted the cancellation. UPDATE. They still suck
