Taxis in Helsinki can be awful these days, but Kovanen has always had great service.

Unable to select electric car type and get a confirmed ride on that type of vehicle. Even when pre-ordered on the phone, Kovanen fails to deliver an electric car and offered a Diesel van instead.

Apparently the app doesn't support cancelling rides. After a while of searching it couldn't find a driver, so I clicked the little X to cancel the search. Well after ordering another taxi using a different service, a driver calls me angrily and insisting that I ordered the taxi. After checking, I found out that even though the app "cancels" the ride, it starts it again if the app is not killed. If It's just off-screen (closed but still running) it reorders the taxi every time.
