This app consistently messes up. I have had it accidentally cancel my ride, book a ride I didn't intend to book, double pay for rides, and it's hard to navigate

Selected Singapore on the first setup pg and after setting up, can't find my location and destinations. All showing Canada addresses. Wonder did the Management in charge of overseeing the app services in Comfort actually do test the app or not. Failed app.

2 stars because what is the point of pre-booking a cab an hour ahead of time when that booking isn't even visible to drivers until minutes before the selected time like a regular booking is. Shameful.

Worst taxi apps ever. Useless and hopeless. When setting addresses, bedok south is in Canada???? NO CASH PAYMENT?? SO STILL NEED TO CALL Center??? THEN WHAT GOOD IS THIS FOR??? GO LEARN FROM GRAB AND GOJ.
