UI could be a little smoother, but overall great for reporting problems to participating cities. Only real problems are with issues right on city borders and in places that ignore reports on the app.

Great concept and a reasonably stable app, but unfortunately not all
municipalities use it, and some that have used it in the past, like Newton,
have recently given up on it. The state agencies don't use it either, so if
the problem is on a state highway or at a state park, you're out of luck.

way worse than cambridge ireport I can't ever send in a report because I always get the 401 server error. interface is clunky and slow making it hard for moving from one field to another. the field that asks for your phone number and email in the same field is not set up correctly so phone keeps trying to auto correct what you enter to something else

Not being used by all cities. A lot of bugs in this app. Like map is
automatically zoom in when you dont need to. Not all open cases are shown,
still doesn't get it how some times you see them, sometimes you dont. Not
all cities respond, what's the point for having this app is town doesn't
care?...
