With Companion, providers get a personalized view of their CareCloud experience optimized for the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch.
To use Companion, you must currently be using CareCloud Central, our practice management solution, or CareCloud Charts, our EHR solution.
Key features ------------------------------------------- With Companion, CareCloud Central users can: - Create, edit, and cancel appointments - Check in and check out patients - View their personal schedules, along with multiple resources simultaneously - View appointment summaries, including visit details and patient balances - View patient demographic information - View patient documents uploaded into the CareCloud system (e.g., insurance cards, statements) - Add or update a patient’s avatar photo using the camera - Contact a patient by phone, SMS, or email directly from their mobile device
With Companion, CareCloud Charts users can also: - Create and send ePrescriptions or print prescriptions directly from the mobile device - Review & sign incoming electronic lab results - Approve medication refill requests - Add clinical images to the patient charts using the camera - View patient clinical summaries including medications, problems, allergies, vitals, labs, immunizations, and more - Access patient clinical documents (e.g., x-rays, encounter notes)

The cirrus AI notes feature was kind of a hidden gem in this. It records encounter & sends to care cloud directly. They don't market it enough.

Free trial. Tried the AI scribe component, and it is not recording any dialogue. I select 'start conversation' and my microphone is working etc. I then get 'no conversation found'. None of the appointment was saved. No issues on my colleague's IPhones. I assume it is not optimized for Android devices at this juncture.

Has been broken for weeks. I put in my login info, and then it just takes me back to the login screen. I've cleared my cache, data, and even Uninstalled and reinstalled. Been stuck using this program for years at my office, and it sucks all around.
