It insists on a 2-factor authentication but won't send the code. On the off chance that you do get a code the save and next button, that you need to navigate through the app, is off the screen, so you have no access to it! The fact that the app is basically the only way to contact your counselor and have a virtual visit it's absolutely ridiculous that it's been broken for so long!

The MFA takes multiple times before it is sent, I can't check in bc the app doesn't get rid of the overlapping phone buttons so the NEXT button to check is completely covered. Every month I need to log in to check in I wonder if the app will work. Please fix as this puts a hindrance on people, including myself.
