Your app is poorly designed, and it doesn't work for every phone. My phone has control surfaces that overlap with the screen. Because it has control surfaces such as the home button in the back button that overlaps the actual touchpad screen and your app uses up the whole touchpad screen the back button on your app is overlapped underneath the control surface buttons. Because it is overlapped underneath those buttons I'm unable to move to the next page of the paperwork that I have to fill out.

Have changed password 3 times as instructed and still cannot log in. Very frustrating.

As of 8/24 the app is requiring a password reset. Even if you enter a new password that meets all the criteria, the button to submit the password change (and presumably regain access to the app) is greyed out. There is no way to close the window. I've tried reinstalling the app and logging back in again but no luck, the button to complete the password change is broken and the app is completely unusable. I'm unable to check in for or pay for my appointments.
