Unable to log into the app. I have to go to the website to get in. Security update is blocking me from making the security modification.

It insists on a 2-factor authentication but won't send the code. On the off chance that you do get a code the save and next button, that you need to navigate through the app, is off the screen, so you have no access to it! The fact that the app is basically the only way to contact your counselor and have a virtual visit it's absolutely ridiculous that it's been broken for so long!

Your app is poorly designed, and it doesn't work for every phone. My phone has control surfaces that overlap with the screen. Because it has control surfaces such as the home button in the back button that overlaps the actual touchpad screen and your app uses up the whole touchpad screen the back button on your app is overlapped underneath the control surface buttons. Because it is overlapped underneath those buttons I'm unable to move to the next page of the paperwork that I have to fill out.
