This is very useful for seeing if your bus is on its way. Sometimes the tracker is turned off, and you have no idea where it is, so it's likely it won't turn up. Other times you can see when the bus purposely does not come to your stop. There's nothing you can do except phone in and report it.

Would have expected to see live tracker information which also shows the current location of the bus

The map service is not very good. You have to zoom quite far in to make the buses appear. The buses "live" locations are also extremely delayed and inaccurate, the bus is very often 3 or 4 stops down the route compared to its position on the map. The My Trip app was much better. This feels like a big downgrade.
