★★★★★ Finally found what I was looking for No unnecessary permissions, no ads, no promotions. Excellent high-res graphics, plethora of options. If your phone doesn't have a stock compass app (like my Nexus 5), then this is what you should install. As long as your handset has the compass sensor of course, the cheap ones don't.
