For workers comp dr visits. Easy to use and better than going to local urgent care dr that takes hrs. Some connectivity issues when transferring a few times. Used it like 5 times.

No docs here, there are P.A.s & one was chronically and unapologetically LATE, made jokes instead of apologizing for the extra long wait - pushed me over my patience limit, which in my case is hard to accomplish.

Not only are the Concentra staff friendly and caring, this app makes it easy to navigate to the visit. There are great onscreen prompts and tips to help you along the way, and the staff can chat with you while you wait.

Terrible app, laggy, poorly set up, horrid login process, pure luck to actually be connected to a medical professional. Needed to use it for a workplace injury consultation. After 20 minutes sitting at "waiting for teemed to connect to the call." I was disconnected, and got the pop-up "your appointment has finished, please rate our service." If I could give a 0-star rating, I would.

This is the worst app/service I've ever had. Had an appointment and waited/ put on hold for an HOUR to talk to a doctor that never showed up. Went to reschedule the appointment and again was put on hold right away for 15 more minutes before I hung up AGAIN. Then later that night I rescheduled my meeting for today and now there's "technical issues" going on. This is a joke and the worst service I've ever experienced. Why is this becoming so hard for me to get ahold of a doctor.

Bad connectivity and use, but good staff. Log-in is next to impossible; won't let me type my password, so I am forced to type in a different app, copy, and paste to log in. Same with other manual input options; won't show the keyboard after the first box. More copy & paste. Call connectivity is frustrating. Staff tried to connect me to a doctor but something went wrong(?) and call rerouted back to staff member. Call never connected to staff member. Staff was helpful, professional, and friendly.

This app is freaking terrible! You have no idea if the Teamed appointment is going to start until the last Second sometimes there questions to answer sometimes there's not sometimes people call you just to make sure you are logged in some times they don't they app is sooo leggy I see 4 other Doctors regularly through teamed this is the only one with issues! I'm just super luck I see an amazing Doc at concentra she truly cares about getting me the help I need to get better...
