Works well so far. It found my booking. I used a computer to check in and received the boarding passes into the app, including for my flight with a partner airline to my destination.

We enjoyed the flight experience as well as the courteous staff

Terrible! I downloaded it, I have my flight in September and bought the tickets in January. It won't find my booking, even though I can see everything on my laptop. You can't even log in with your username.

Badly designed app. Any change to booking just goes to a non-functional website. Boarding passes cannot be shared.
★☆☆☆☆John “SpeedTravler”· Sep 8, 2025
Terrible. Booked on Expedia cannot add my flight and condor says it has no record of it. Do I have to drive to the airport to check if I have a reservation? Cannot even register for an account and no frequent flyer? How do I add baggage online and TSA information? Terrible.
