We have used the app and software for over a year. Detailed reporting, good communication ability. The developer has been very attentive to our needs. Very helpful for our community!

It is very flexible, but also has many glitches. While creating a ticket, you cannot add videos, and the GIFs are flattened to a single picture. Please enable at least animated GIFs.

This app is just as useless as the admin of real Amalfi. The location is awesome. But the staff is incompetent, rude, lies, doesn't have a clue and a ruins the experience of living there with their rules and regulations.

Terribly designed app. Filled with bugs. Simply does not work. One wonders why anyone uses this app unless forced to.
