Designed by experts, this mobile application allows you to successfully finish your home exercise treatment remotely while keeping you connected to your therapist. Included are different types of exercise to support your every need.
To give your expert a complete view of your progress, Connected mHealth lets you share your step and sleep data, allowing them to adjust your plan and help you achieve the best possible results.

I have been using this app for the last four months as part of a rehab program with Mayo Clinic. The app works well sometimes, but there have been so many times when I've completed a walk or jogging routine and go to complete my session only to find that nothing was logged. This is disheartening as these sessions are supposed to go to my physician, and it looks like I've done nothing when this happens. I'm using a Polar heart monitor paired to and older Motorola G7 Power.
