My experience with connect IPS has been consistently positive, especially compared to apps like Khalti and eSewa. However, not being able to pay at places outside big department stores like Big Mart and BBSM has been quite frustrating. I usually have to open Khalti or eSewa to make payments at restaurants and petrol stations.

I liked the Connect IPS app overall — it’s Revolution in Digital Financial Sector. But it needs a basic feature: dark mode. Its absence makes using the app at night or in low light uncomfortable. Adding dark mode would greatly improve usability.

Urgent issue: The app keeps showing “Session Out/Session Expired” and sends me back to the login screen every time I try to log in. Today I tried to pay my NEA electricity bill. The OTP was received and entered successfully, but after pressing Continue, the payment screen got stuck. No Success or Failed message appeared, and I cannot check the transaction because the app won't let me log in. Please fix this issue urgently, as my NEA bill is due today.
